1. Curry Mee
As a noodle lover (i can eat noodles on a daily basis), I have chosen to introduce Curry Mee without much hesitation. Curry Mee or also known as Curry Laksa (in the Southern part of Malaysia and its neighbouring country, Singapore) is a popular hawker’s dish. Curry Mee/Curry Laksa is a dish that’s full of flavours –slightly creamy soup infused with coconut milk, the spiciness of the chilli and fragrance of spices; never fails to satisfy my appetite to have it at any time of the day. I am delighted to teach this dish!
2. Taiwanese Buckwheat Noodle with Soy Seafood Sauce - so simple and tasty its unbelievable. A truly satisfying and quick meal!
3. Malaysian-Style Spicy Fried Bihun or Rice Vermicelli. YUMMY. Local favorite and popular dish in Malaysia and Singapore.
I lived in Asia for over 17 years and have experience cooking for the past 9 years! I think it is very important to learn basic spices and raw ingredients in an Asian kitchen. I love sharing the recipes I have learned and meeting new people.
