What You’ll Learn

If you're like me, you might have a life list - a list of things, projects, goals that you want to accomplish before you die. But often life itself gets in its own way, and various hobbies, projects, and wishes that you compile in your head or your journal, stall, not completed, and sometimes never even started.

Having a personal board of advisors is an effective way you can implement in your life to keep yourself accountable to the things you want to accomplish.

In this session, you'll learn the basics of building a board of advisors that work for you. The session will cover tried-and-tested methods that foster productive and constructive discussions and tips on how to recruit members, uphold high quality of conduct, honesty, and effectiveness. You'll learn how to manage yourself with the help of others.
