What You’ll Learn
To survive and grow, all startups will have to contract for the procurement of products and services with its vendors, customers, and even its own independent contractors and employees.

There are a number of areas of contract drafting and administration that perennially give rise to disputes, disruption and exposure for unwary companies.

Man vs. Law: Contracting Survival Skills for Startups identifies the contracting danger points for emerging startups and discusses methods they can employ to contract more safely.

Students will leave the class with an understanding of the key risk points with contracting, awareness of some methods for mitigating those risks, and will be one step closer to becoming the Bear Grylls of contract mitigation.

Proceeds from this class will go to March of Dimes (Pennsylvania Chapter) to fund stillbirth research.
