Making Critical Decisions Like a UX Pro! (LEAN 223)

Are you a non-technical founder and you just want to get your website off the ground quickly?

Are you a technical founder, who can create the technology, but not sure how to create the best user experience?

In this hands-on workshop, I will help you understand the differences between UX, UI, IA and other two-word acronyms that you’ve heard flying around. You will learn the fundamentals of UX and actionable applications. You will learn how to improve the UX of your existing site or how to think about UX for your next project.

When you leave, you will be able to use the step-by-step process I go through everytime I analyze and/or build the User Experience!

We will discuss examples from real companies to illustrate the key elements of UX that will keep your users coming back and spreading the word. Then we will review your own projects to provide you with specific recommendations you will be able apply immediately.

We limit the class to only 8 attendees, so that we will be able to analyze and provide recommendations for each student's project.

Prerequisites

While you can learn this material in the abstract, ideally you are currently working on a website or have worked on a website in the past. It is recommended but not mandatory that you attend our Intro to UX class.
