Let's face it, a lot of people are too busy to hit the gym or even work out at home.
For some, disabilities or health issues prevent them from engaging in rigorous physical exercise. Some are not able to hit the sand bags as often as they would like. Countless researchers have pointed to sedentary occupations as a key factor in obesity. However, what about people in other industrialized nations like Spain and Japan? Why are their obesity levels so much lower when they also have a large focus on service sector jobs which are often sedentary?
The difference is in diet, culture and mental outlook.
I will show you products that you can buy as well as habits you can start that will help you shed anywhere from 15-30lbs progressively over the course of 3-4 months. Weight loss is not just as simple as calorie burning or consuming less. There are specific foods, supplements, teas and herbs that when consumed change the way your body metabolizes fat and carbohydrates. So it's not always about what you remove, but what you include that counts.
This is intended to be an interactive class for people who typically are not familiar with herbal remdies (or rarely use them) and have tried lots of OTC or Pharmaceutical weight loss products to no avail. The goal is for you to walk out of the market now having some options that will not only assist your weight loss goals but overall health needs. And the primary focus will be products that are convienent for even the most time crunched person (we all know at least one of them).
