What You’ll Learn

Want to get ripped but don't know where to start?  Have you been frustrated by not knowing what to eat or never finding the time to work out?  Learn from Dick Talens, a self-proclaimed former "superfat teen" (once topping 220 lbs at 5'9) turned amateur bodybuilder and nutritional coach.  Over the last 6 years, he's competed in two bodybuilding competitions and has coached many others to transform their bodies in the span of 20 weeks or less.  In this class, you will learn how to:

  • Create a diet that achieves the "holy grail" of simultaneous muscle gain and fat loss
  • Stick to a program despite working 80 hours or more per week
  • Spend less than 3 hours per week in the gym
  • Get stronger every single time you step foot in the gym, without fail
  • Troubleshoot and tweak your diet if your fat loss stalls
  • Eat the foods you want and never be hungry again while dieting
  • Drink alcohol and attend parties without missing a beat
In order to get truly "ripped" at the end of 20 weeks, the student must be in a reasonable bodyfat range (20% bodyfat or less for men and 30% bodyfat or less for women) and have some prior weight lifting experience (even if it's only a few sessions at the gym in your lifetime).

The class will take place at We Work Labs in Soho.
