John Capecelatro
I took a course at the Culinary Institute of America that included the preparation of gnocchi. Following the course, I have spent countless hours in the kitchen, experimenting with different ingredients and techniques to prepare gnocchi. I lack, however, any formal culinary education - I am simply a business student who loves to cook!
