WEEK 2: (Wed. 6/29, 6:30-8pm) Intellectual Property: Intellectual property rights, copyright and trademark licensing, preservation, cease and desist letter and related matters.

WEEK 3: (Wed. 6/6 6:30-8pm) CONTRACTS, AGREEMENTS, NEGOTIATIONS: various contracts/agreements your company will need and encounter and how to achieve your desired results/protections and negotiations.

WEEK 4: (Wed. 7/13, 6:30-8pm) Remedies: What legal remedies are available to you if something goes wrong? And what you can do before taking legal action.
