The #1 reason why businesses fail is because customers do not see any value in the product/service. Spending months building something that has yet to be validated can take away not only your money, but also of your potential to do something great.

Using our validated learning canvas, you will be able to easily start your Lean learning loop using our proprietary canvas and start experimenting/iterating/pivoting right now!

The Validated Learning Canvas was developed empirically through our Lean Startup Machine workshops (public and corporate), where hundreds of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs have used it successfully to plan, record, and validate their experiements. In this intimate workshop, a small number of participants will be guided by our experts through the application of the Validation Canvas to their startup.

This class is appropriate for beginner and advanced Lean Startup practitioners, and especially for Lean Startup Machine workshop alumni who want to continue applying what they had learned.

In this hands on workshop, we will help you design your experiments.

The class is held at The Hatchery, home to early companies needing shared space, growing companies needing dedicated space, and an accelerator program for those just getting started. To apply, visit http://500.hatchery.vc/

Prerequisites
You must be familiar with Lean Startup principles and be currently working on an early-stage startup or idea. We recommend taking Quickest/Cheapest way to Test Your Startup Idea (LEAN 305: http://skl.sh/KTrP5E) so you can understand the best practices to interviewing potential customers which you can track on the Canvas.
