What You’ll Learn

Need help getting your startup idea off the ground? Come join Skillshare Co-Founder, Michael Karnjanaprakorn, as he shares his tips and insights on how to take your concept from idea to launch without writing one line of back-end code. We launched the first version of Skillshare leveraging existing tools that already existed to test our idea (so you don't need a technical co-founder in the early days!)

Michael will showcase Skillshare's different stages of development (exploring, brainstorming, feedback, and launching your MVP) and how they turned a $5,000 initial investment from the founders into a $3.1M investment from Union Square Ventures and Spark Capital.

Class Format: We'll be "flipping" the traditional model of a class. Prior to the class, I'll send you some readings. During the class, there will be a short lectured followed by an Interactive Workshop and Q&A session. You'll be working with small groups and be able to walk out of the class with actionable steps to make your ideas happen.

Pre-Class Readings: Please read/watch the following articles and videos prior to class.

Note: This class is geared towards "doers" and ideal for entrepreneurs and teams that already have an idea (doesn't have to be a tech idea). And yes, there will be beer!!!
