What You’ll Learn

This class is an interactive workshop that will take you though a specific, proven method to achieve your goals. It is also accompanied by a discussion about my personal journey to happiness and fulfillment.

There isn't anyone who can change your life.  Stop waiting - only you can do that. This talk is designed to get you started on changes you would like to make. It's the first step in a life-long journey. Take sips or gulps of what I'm saying - whatever applies to you. If you're not drinking this Kool-Aid, you're drinking another brand. That is, whatever you do and whatever you believe, you got from somewhere, and those thoughts became your beliefs and that's the Kool-Aid you're currently drinking. All you need to do is ask yourself: are the beliefs you currently hold giving you the life you want? If not, it's time to drink a different brand of Kool-Aid! Now let's get started!

The class will be a discussion led by me. Feel free to share or just listen. The only thing you need to bring is an open mind and a great attitude!

You will leave inspired and with tools to start your voyage to a happy and fulfilling life. You will also leave equipped with an effective goal setting strategy.

Come join me for an amazing time and a few surprises!
