Typography has been around for about 10+ centuries. To most people, that is pretty much forever. Personally, I think typography is one of the most overlooked art forms that exists. So many of us take for granted the time and effort it took to create the thing we use when we pop open MS Word and choose a font. I'm teaching this class to combat this.
In this class, we'll go over the history of typography, how it went from printing letter-by-letter on paper to the digital world, the difference between often confused glyphs, and a bunch more. I'll also go over some of my favorite typefaces.
