Building a minimum viable product.

This is the second class in a four part Intro To Product Management course.   Each class stands on its own, so there is no issue with taking individual sessions.

Learn how to efficiently test your early product’s market potential. This session will explain why having a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is so important and provide a detailed overview of how to decide on its basic feature set. Students will learn how to make each feature fight for its right to exist, and how to make clear decisions about what to leave out.
