This is a 4-week class on May 8, 15, 22 and 29.
Does any of this sound familiar?
YET.
If any of the above statements ring true, you know that the worst feeling is regret--wanting to do something, to take that first scary step, and then not doing it.
I’VE BEEN THERE.
I'm here to tell you that if you have read this far, something inside you wants to do this and knows it is possible to be a great speaker. Public speaking and presenting can be fun. It has to be otherwise I wouldn't do it.
You cannot learn to present like Steve Jobs or speak like Bill Clinton from a book or a lecture or reading my tips. You have to learn it by DOING it. You just haven't done the right exercises.
YET.
Join me and the hundreds of other courageous students who have taken this class and learn how to:
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE CLASS
You'll learn all this and more in a class environment that is 20% lecture, 80% practice, 100% awesomeness. (Yes, I know that’s 200%. That’s how great this class is.)
Public speaking, presenting your ideas at work, and sharing your thoughts and ideas with others shouldn't be as scary as we make it. It may be feared more than death, but in the class we talk about WHY this is and totally dispel the myth as we deconstruct our fears and knock down all our barriers to being amazing and compelling speakers.
Toastmasters can be stuffy and will not give you the direct feedback you need to get better fast. They count your fillers, but do they tell you how to eliminate them? Do they help you understand WHY you use them?
This class is an investment in YOU.
If we're being honest, I've made all the big mistakes for you. I've spent the thousands on books and training and have had plenty of great ideas fall flat on their face. But through it all, I've received a real education on what works and found the right strategies for anyone beginning something new.
And that's what I am going to pass on to you...
I've spent years working my way up to where I am now and I'm here to help pull you up to my level and catapult past me.
So how about it?
The presenter you know you are is inside you waiting to be seen, heard and moved. So come join me and other enthusiastic, supportive, and fun New Yorkers and let's do this thing together.

"After several one-on-one private sessions with Taren and a couple of group improv workshops, I made leaps and bounds in my ability to give public presentations. I went from a public speaking "voice" to a more genuine, self-aware and personalized approach, both in and out of the corporate environment. Taren is not only a great teacher and extremely professional, but also perceptive in bringing out attributes in you, that you may not have recognized existed."
