1hr 15-minute improv class.  

This is a fun way to stay active or a good stress release after an exhausting 9-5. You will feel a rush of performance adrenaline and will serve as a good 'pick-me-up' as your day unfolds.

FOR A LIMITED TIME : (For this class) you may bring (1) friend to accompany you on your journey to discovering improv.  

In this course you will learn:  

  • The 10 must know rules when improving
  • How to build keen listening and concentration skills when performing within a group.
  • How to be comfortable in the basic elements of improv and how to loosen up an otherwise shy, tight, reluctant and/or impatient habits that one has when presenting or speaking in public.  

No awkward icebreakers; It will be taught free-flowing format were you learn about your group members as the hour goes by. 

Prerequisites
Jump start your creativity and a new public speaking persona. Begin with concentration exercises and end by performing improvised sketches . If you have taken a class in college or if you have never been exposed to performance arts especially Improv; this is the best most affordable class in the city. Do you work a full-time job or are you a full-time student whose concentration or major is not in the arts; Then this is the perfect class to see if you enjoy the world of improvisational theater. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Be open to learning with in a group setting. This is not a class were only ONE person shines as a 'star' this is where we all come to excel as a group.
