What You’ll Learn
Stay ahead of your competition be it near or far. Learn about Peter Drucker's self-assessment tool - "The Five Most Important Questions" and how its application can help you navigate your business through an increasingly disruptive and unpredictable future.

This class will Introduce owners / ceo's of small / medium sized business to Peter Drucker's Self-assessment tool "Five Most Important Questions".

The five questions when answered, help businesses assess, test and update their "theory of business" or the assumptions upon which they are running their business.
The questions help executives define the company's mission, ensure they really know who their customers are and what they value, that are measuring the right things in their business and that they have a solid go forward plan built upon these new revelations.

I will also "assign" some valuable homework! Yes, you should do the homework even though it's optional because it will help make your company's strategic planning session more effective.

This will be a "munch and learn" seminar. Lunch will be served!
