Paul has experience in strategic planning, organizational change, logistics, marketing, operations and development of new capabilities in organizations. He's worked in the software, fast moving consumer products and financial service industries.

Paul's firm, The 5Q,  assists in the development of customer centric strategic plans by answering Peter Drucker’s “Five Most Important Questions”  through facilitated sessions with an organization’s executive team. The 5Q is also dedicated to coaching executives to ensure they achieve the goals set forth in the newly developed strategic plan. Paul is also a business coach, certified through ActionCOACH International.
