Planning to head to Burning Man this year for the first time? Dust mask packed? Bike lights purchased? What are those bare essentials to ensure your survial? Or for those pack rats and gear heads, what should you bring "just in case?" As we share some delicious nomz and admire the skyline view, we'll go over many of the staple items as well as how these are important and used at Burning man. You'll learn more about some possibilities for your experience, so you can gauge what you want to bring. We'll also have q&a to address any specific areas of interest you have about life on the playa.

Look for red and white picnic blankets near 20th and Church in Dolores Park. To get in the Burning Man spirt, please feel free to bring some pot luck food or drink items to share, though only if you'd like!
Trina Martynowicz’s diverse professional background spans a wide range of environmental professions, including environmental science, policy, and engineering. She also serves as a lead coordinator for clean energy and climate change initiatives within the transportation and policy space. As a California native, Trina received Bachelors degrees in Environmental Science and Politics from the University of California at Santa Cruz and as a lover of the Big Apple, received a Masters degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University. She's attended Burning Man for the past 5 years, though is, by any means, an expert in this lifesyle and event!
