What You’ll Learn

Have an idea or project you've been wanting to get out into the world, but not sure how to do it? Whether you're filming a web series, designing a game, or baking donuts for your local farmer's market, this course is the perfect place to learn best practices and strategies for putting together a great Kickstarter project. We'll cover some of the data behind successful projects on Kickstarter, as well as help you formulate the best way to tell your story, set your funding goal, and present your project to the world.

Things to bring: Your project idea(s)! If you've been kicking around something and want to workshop it, we'll spend time in small groups during the second half of class brainstorming the best way to frame your project, share your story, and create compelling rewards that nobody will be able to resist!
