As we all know, finding a nice room with good roommates in San Francisco is very frustrating. Most of your replies don't get returned and when they do it's usually to invite you to an awkward open house with 60 people vying for a 10x10 room for $1,000 bucks a month.
This class will teach you the 10 most common mistakes people make when applying to Rooms & Shares on Craigslist, such as listing generic hobbies and stating how 'financially responsible' you are. The class can't promise you'll be selected as a roommate but it does promise that by teaching you how to have your email standout amongst heavy competition you'll have a far better chance of landing an in person interview by avoiding the pitfalls that most applicants make during this process.
There will be open bar during the class and an opportunity to meet other people in the same boat as you are.
