Many of the dishes served in Indian restaurants are overly heavy and greasy from too much butter and cream. In this class, you learn how to make an authentic North Indian homecooked meal, which is actually just as flavorful but much healthier for you. Plus, the menu is super simple to prepare!
We'll be cooking a delicious and healthy North Indian curry rice bowl with a shahi paneer curry, Indian cheese in a spiced, tomato cashew sauce. The sauce is rich and flavorful from the cashews, not cream! We'll top the curry over some yellow turmeric rice and serve with a refreshing seasonal yogurt raita dish.
