Hacking The Human Body: Greater Results In Less Time

About this Class

You probably want a better level of health and fitness, not to mention look a little better naked. But there's so much conflicting information out there that you might not know where to start. What's the best way to lose weight? How do I build muscle? How do I lose that belly flab? Are carbs evil? Do I need to go on some crazy diet and exercise 3 hours a day? Ahhhhh!

In this class, we'll answer all those questions and more. We will focus on fundamental, research-backed principles that you can apply immediately to start taking better control of your body. After this class, you'll have a solid understanding of how to reach your goals in the shortest amount of time possible. No prior knowledge is required. All we ask is an open mind and a desire to make some positive changes :)

Brian and Richard have been featured in TechCrunch, Betabeat, and the popular webcomic, XKCD.

Student Endorsements

“Brian Wang (and fellow teacher Dick Talens) are, for lack of a better word, gods. Or, at least god-like. Or maybe it's just that like the gods in Disney's Hercules, they have a shiny yellow glow. Either way, take whatever they're teaching & you won't be disappointed. Because they can glow. And that's something you just don't see every day.”
