During this hands on seminar, we will walk you through the process of registering a trademark, including a trademark search and filing of the application with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. This program will completely focus on the registration process with the goal of having an application filed with the USPTO by the end of the session. Attendees should come with a name, slogan or logo to register (or at least have it narrowed down to a few choices). Attendees are strongly encouraged to come armed with a laptop and the credit card to pay the USPTO registration fee online ($275-$325), if you want to just take notes and not register your trademark at the time, you are welcome to do that also.
