ARE YOU IN CHARGE OF PR FOR YOUR BAND, BUSINESS, OR ORGANIZATION?

ARE FACEBOOK EVENT INVITES / STATUS UPDATES / TWEETS/ EMAIL LISTS / AND POSTAGE STAMPS WHOOPING YOUR ASS?

Get Smart PR Workshop for musicians, artists, performers, social activists, event producers, and anyone else who wants to:

1. Get the word out
2. Get the press and media in
3. Get results from Facebook and Twitter
4. Get coordinated with a real campaign to make your hard work pay-off
5. Get going with hands-on, project-applied instruction

This is not a lecture seminar, where you sit and passively take notes.  Bring your project!  We'll be brainstorming, working in small groups, and coming up with writing you can use on the spot.  You'll identify your very own Next Actions and go away with homework for the second session and a game plan for the future!  Finish the workshop with real materials to run a smarter PR campaign.

LEARN THE JOYS OF:

• Planning a targeted, customized campaign
• Press releases and calendar submissions
• Building and maintaining your targeted media list
• Permission-based mailing lists
• Web and social media content

CLASS STRUCTURE:
Workshop is structured to ensure personalized attention for all participants.  2 sessions.  Each session runs for approx. 3 hours.  Participants have a week to apply the workshop lessons of session one before returning for session two.
