Freestyle Dance for Beginners

You have to treat dance like a foreign language. You can't expect yourself to be fluent after your first lesson, but if you break down the vocabulary, learn a few words and how to put them together to make a phrase, you'll create a foundation which you can continue to build on at your own pace. After a head to toe warm-up, this skillshare will break down various elements of dance and hip-hop to make them more digestible, putting them together with a powerful soundtrack, sweaty movement, and positive vibes.
