Finding and Fostering Synergy in Groups

I'm honored to be kicking off the morning Master Class Sessions for Skillshare's Penny Conference. This session will be lively and keep you on your feet to help you wake up and get you ready for the day.

In this experiential workshop we explore the potential for synergy in groups. We will discuss ways of unlocking and harnessing that potential through an understanding of group dynamics and group process.

At the end of this workshop you will be better prepared to help your teams collaborate by answering one simple question: "How are we working together?"
