I will walk you through a slow failure and explain how we could have, and should have applied Lean Startup methods to fail faster, smaller, and smarter at each step of the way. You will walk away with knowledge and a frame of reference when you are faced with the same choices at your startup.

With my first startup neighborrow, I did some things right, and many things wrong, but ultimately we were not Lean and we paid for it in wasted resources and opportunity costs.

Now, I am working on a new and improved startup called Album+ which is the easiest way for the host of an event (wedding, music festival, party) to collect and curate photos.

Learn in context where we went wrong with neighborrow, how Lean could have saved us or helped us move faster, and how I am applying the Lean scientific method to Album+.

You'll leave knowing the vital differences between:

Iterating and pivoting
Listening to customers and customer development
Buiding small and creating a minimum viable product (or minimum awesome product)
Passionate users and early adopters
