Learn how to pork and shitake mushroom potstickers. (Note: I can also do a vegetarian filling) We will do a walk through of the grocery store and purchase all the ingredients. We'll make the filling for the dumplings and go over different folding techniques. We'll also go over how to fold wontons. Then we'll get to the best part, cooking and eating them. There will be plenty of dumplings to freeze so everyone will have their share to take home. Everything will be provided for, just bring your nimble fingers and appetite.
