If you've ever wanted to make your own envelopes or cut printed pieces into shapes, without having to do each one by hand, then this class is for you. Dies can be used hundreds of times to give you both cuts and scoring lines for any shape that you can imagine. Learn how to fit and prepare a Vandercook proof press so that it will accommodate a die and cut on the press in much the same way that you would print. Get comfortable with putting the die blanket on the cylinder, taking it off, and positioning the die on the press. We will also go over the correct way to order a die, and where to order one from. No experience necessary.
