My class will teach you how to use your Canon DSLR in manual mode as a photo journalist. This is for beginners or anyone else who wants to master their camera. The first half of class will be an informative/hands on lesson about your cameras settings and it's 3 components: Aperture, shutter speed and ISO. We will cover what they mean, the individual effect they create and how to adjust your camera settings in accordance with light.

The second half of class will be devoted to taking pictures through trial and error. We will explore different light situations and the effects your camera can create. By the end of class you will have the tools to create as you please.

Requirements: A Canon DSLR with at least one lens. If you have a flash you can bring that as well.
