What You’ll Learn

You will walk away with a financial model or your money back!

Bring your laptop - this will be a hands-on workshop. I will walk you through creating a financial projection model. The model will:

Be customized to your business model
Report key business metrics such as customer acquisition cost and customer lifetime value
Be driven by your marketing strategy - viral, content/PR, sales/biz dev, paid, etc.

Class size will be limited to 5 so I can make sure everyone walks away with a model within an hour and a half. Please bring your existing financial model.

Financial models are always wrong -- it's an exercise that helps one think through and display understanding of how the business functions.

The model you will walk away with will include all financial statements and key reports needed for talking to investors and business planning.
