"The Hard Part Is Building The Machine That Builds The Product" - Dennis Crowley, Co-Founder of Foursquare (Techcrunch Interview)

I've spent the past year building out the team at Skillshare and have learned a lot along the process. We model our company around the four pillars from Eric Ries' latest book on "Lean Startups": People, Culture, Process, and Accountability.

I will show you everything that we do in-house here at Skillshare. We'll go over everything from recruiting to OKR's and how to implement them into your company. I've interviewed folks at Foursquare, Twitter, Google and Facebook and have implemented some of the best practices here at Skillshare. I will not be writing a blog post (like I usually do) so you can only learn by enrolling in this course!

This will be a three-session course meeting over the topics on the date/times listed below.
