This class will help you understand your own conflict style and teach you the skills necessary to deal with the challenging people in your professional life, be they clients, managers, co-workers or staff.
What you will learn:
This class will start by outlining a few key concepts. Then the participants will be invited to share their conflict stories so we can examine and learn from actual cases. Feel free to bring your horror stories (change the names to protect the guilty) and use actual cases to examine how to improve your conflict resolution skills.
By the end of the workshop you will gain valuable insights into what makes people upset and how using a few specific techniques you can turn any potential conflict into a productive discussion.
