Come learn how to create community spaces where members benefit, co-create solutions together and learn from each other. Most importantly, figure out how to collaborate cross-functionally within your organization to ensure the success of your community by listening, converting data into meaningful insights and activating the right people to act upon those insights in a way that benefits the Company and the Customer.
