I am a Realtor and would love your business, but the goal is not to pressure you to make me your Realtor, the goal here is learning. At the end of the class you'll have a good grasp on mortgages, the market, down payments, and closing, and oh yeah, it's going to be fun too.
Bring your laptop if you have one and if not, that's ok, just bring something to write on and I'll do the rest.
The beauty of this class is that there are no prerequisites. Come with zero knowledge and leave knowing more than 99% of the population.
In the past I've been a teacher in different contexts. I'm a licensed Realtor in Austin, and I specialize in first time home buyers. I'm combining my experience in teaching and real estate to teach this class and help people with the biggest purchase they may ever make.
