This is an introductory class on how to create iPhone or iPad applications.  This class is for the absolute beginner - no programming experience required.

This is a full 2 hour class on building your first iOS application.

The iPhone and iPad along with the iOS operating system, from Apple, are truly transformative pieces of hardware and software that are used daily all across the globe.  And it is the stunning variety of applications from the App Store that make this all the more amazing.

This class will give you the tools, knowledge and confidence you need to build applications for these fantastic devices.

I will guide you through the process of creating your very first iOS application.

You will learn:

By the end of class you will know how to register as an Apple developer, how to move around Xcode and you will have built your first iPhone application.
 
You will be creating several basic applications that will work in any orientation.  This will give you the skills you need to be an iOS developer on the most exciting phone and tablet on the market!
 
This will be an exciting 2 hours of pure iOS development.  You won't want to miss it!
Prerequisites
A. Mac laptop B. Install Mac OSX Lion (http://www.apple.com/osx/how-to-upgrade/) C. Install the latest Xcode from the Mac App Store (https://developer.apple.com/xcode/) D. No iPhone or iPad required - will be using the simulator
