In the first product class, Michael shared quick tips and insights on how to create a product focused startup culture from his experiences at Skillshare, Behance and Hot Potato. While most entrepreneurs, creative professionals, and team have a great ideas, they often need a simple process to turn their ideas and grand visions into a reality.

In this second class, Michael will lead a workshop that will allow students to roll their sleeves up and create their own culture principles, product, and design processes. We'll also break out into small groups where we'll help each other solve through internal problems within our companies, organizations and teams.

And to keep it super fun, we'll probably grab drinks immediately afterwards at 1534, which is a speakeasy right around the corner.

Note: This class is only limited to 12 people to keep the class small and intimate. Michael will also be working hands-on with each group.

Prerequisites: You should have attended the "Creating a Product Focused Startup Culture" class OR have a really deep understanding of leading and managing product teams by reading this article.
