You will learn what information website visitors will share and how to get them to share it while you build a marketing action plan that will help you find out who your website customers are. As a class we will brainstorm creative solutions that help you build better relationships with your visitors by understanding more about who they really are for little or no money at all.

If your audience is online, this class is for you.

This class is mostly for people with websites or the dream of starting one for their business. You don't need to be computer savvy and you don't even need a website. We can work with a good idea of what your dream website would be. This could be anything from a blog, to a store, or a website describing your services.

Brainstorm with classmates, get answers from a pro, and learn to connect with your users.

You will learn the different kinds of information that help you to understand your customers and how you can collect it without violating your visitors' privacy or trust. There is nothing unethical here, just simple and creative techniques to encourage your visitors to open up and share more about themselves.

You will learn from real world examples including companies and websites that you may already use and explore some of the tools that you can use and some creative new ways to use them.

Create an original marketing plan with creative ideas for your business.

You will create your own marketing plan as we work together to share some creative ways to get users to provide the information you need to build a real understanding of who they are.
