Baklava shouldn't have to only come from a bakery. I'll give you the hands-on skills to make mouth watering baklava in your own kitchen. Impress your friends, family, and co-workers.

To master any baking technique, you have to practice. That's why my lessons are taught around a kitchen table and everyone's hands get in on the action. You'll learn everything there is to know to make bakery quality baklava and you'll get to take home your share of the final product. But, I can't promise you won't eat it all up by the time you get home!
