In this class you will learn how to prepare an authentic South Indian meal, including traditional home cooked dishes you will not find in restaurants. South India is known for inventive vegetarian cuisine that is light, fresh and spicy - lots of fresh veggies, lemon, coconut and fried spices. The menu is made up of family recipes passed down from my mother who grew up Bangalore.
