5-Session Course -- Let's Make Sh*t Happen: Achieving Wild Dreams

** PLEASE NOTE: This is an invitation to join us for the second through fifth evenings of a 5 part class. We will not be accepting new members after March 6. **

We all like having new ideas, but all too often they fall into the slush pile of unrealized projects. Let's change that! Let's make shit happen. This 5-class series will walk students through the basics of creative project visioning and realization, from the first steps of a simple write-up, to web templates for remote outreach and contribution, to the intricacies of pitching the project to participants and funders. We'll also touch on such basics as project documentation, personal sustainability (making shit happen without killing yourself in the process), and creative control.

Students should come with a project idea in mind: anything from the mundane to the revolutionary. Projects need not be fully realized in five weeks. The emphasis of the class will be on planning and actualization of groundwork steps. Got something you've always wanted to do and never made the time for? Got a nagging idea you've been afraid to let into the light? Dissatisfied with your current project-building structure? Let's make shit happen!

** Please note: the $80 fee covers all four remaining sessions; it breaks down to $20/class. However, students must sign up for the series, not for individual evenings.**
